5 Quick Steps:

1. Create logo using rounded font such as Century Gothic of Arial Rounded
2. Duplicate Layer - rename as 'Reflection'
3. Edit > Free Transform > Drag top edge down to invert the text below the original text layer
4. Add Gradient
5. Reduce Opacity
